Cebu is a one-hour-and-a-half flight away from Manila. You will arrive at Mactan-Cebu International Aiport.

TRANSPORTATION
Getting around Manila and Cebu is the easiest with Grab, a local ride-sharing app. You can also take local taxi cabs - but beware of price gouging, especially from the airport! The wedding venue, Shangri La Mactan, is about 9 KM / 5.5 mi away from the Cebu airport.
